Stephanie Cassidy, ACC
Stephanie Cassidy is a former network executive who is an authentic, driven, and collaborative coach whose mission is to elevate everyone and everything around her. She is most passionate about improving self-care and wellness in the news industry.
Stephanie's rich background includes being a VP in cable news, head of talent and casting, a booking producer for film and TV news productions, an entertainment and consumer product publicist and an event manager, so she truly understands your business from all angles. Before leaving corporate America to launch Aquiline Coaching and Aquiline Talent Agency, she spent almost four years in management at a cable news network, where she was recruited to simultaneously launch two divisions -- booking and casting / talent.
As an executive, Stephanie worked cross functionally with various lines of business including programming, marketing, ad sales, publishing and business development. Building a team of 20, she fused her coaching into her leadership, and designed a highly collaborative booking department that shared contacts in a way unlike any other in cable news. The booking team was a cohesive unit with low turn over and a mission driven, team mindset.
Stephanie received her ICF coaching certification in 2019 (ACC) after working for several years with an organization and leadership development firm in Virginia. Her enthusiasm for coaching is catching and she has been selected an an ICF Brand Champion
According to Stephanie, her mission is "to elevate everyone and everything around me," and she most enjoys helping clients shatter their limiting beliefs holding them back so they can soar. Stephanie also holds a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Certification. A true Jersey Girl, Stephanie resides with her husband in New Jersey where they enjoy travelling, golfing and rescuing senior Weimaraners.
Lisa Hanslip, PhD, ACC, CMC
Lisa Hanslip brings her international coaching experience from Canada, the US, and Europe to Aquiline Coaching. Her impressive background includes communications, design, branding, special events, financial planning, project management and research. With a reputation for quality, professionalism, curiosity and meticulous attention to detail, Lisa finds the right question to ask to help navigate the deepest waters and get you to your next level.
As an executive, an entrepreneur, consultant and mentor Lisa found herself booked as an on-camera industry expert on many occasions and has also written for various publications in North America.
Lisa has lived in Vancouver, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Calgary, Brussels, London and Toronto. Lisa has a BA from Pepperdine University, an MA from Emerson, a PhD from University of Calgary; as well as numerous other diplomas and certifications including sommelier.
Lisa is a Certified Mentor Coach (CMC), an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and is a proud member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Based in Northern California with her husband and two sassy pugs, Lisa also owns a home in the Umbria region of Italy.
Antoy Grant, ACC
Antoy Grant is a vibrant force in the worlds of coaching and entertainment. As President of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) New York City Chapter, she elevates and advances the coaching profession, while ensuring chapter members have the latest tools and resources to stay on the leading edge of the profession.
As the Founder & CEO of Mangoseed Entertainment LLC, Antoy is the driving force behind Mangoseed TV. Her background includes acting, modeling, writing, producing, directing, and content creation. She’s produced countless media projects, including films, TV shows, & music videos.
A natural collaborator, Antoy co-created and starred in Goddess City; an Off-Off Broadway musical poetry show featured in Say Word: Voices From Hip Hop Theater. Antoy is also a proud SAG-AFTRA member since 1995. Her notable acting credits include Luke Cage, General Hospital, and Law and Order.
Generous in spirit, Antoy hosts The Antoy Show, sharing her guests’ self-help tips for viewers looking to make changes and enrich their lives. With the program, her coaching, and her books, Best Year Ever: Planner + Journal and Best Year Ever: Goal Workbook, Antoy’s commitment to personal growth and discovery is clear. Antoy’s motto is: “Believe your Dreams, Live your Passions, Create your Destiny!” She is also a motivational speaker who blends her expertise as a creative and a coach to inspire individuals/organizations.
Originally from Jamaica, Antoy is a graduate of Texas Southern University. When she’s not working on a production or overseeing ICF NYC, Antoy enjoys family time, gardening, and RV trips.
Our coaches are ICF Certified
While there are many certification programs out there for coaches (and you'll even find some coaches who hold no credentials at all!) the International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the largest global member network of professional coaches practicing in 140 countries around the world. All ICF Members must possess a foundational level of coach-specific training, get re-certified every three years, and ICF Members and Credential-holders must adhere to and uphold the ICF Code of Ethics.
